Return and Cancellation Policy
Return is a scheme provided directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange and/or replacement is offered to you. For the accessories delivered to you has obvious damage upon receipt or is not the device and/or accessory you ordered, you may request an immediate exchange/replacement, if you meet the conditions set forth below.
This Return Right does not apply to shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as State, Customs or GST) do not qualify. You are responsible for all costs of returning the device and/or accessory to us. To qualify for a replacement, you must meet all the following conditions:
• Request a replacement authorization at service.support@flipzoneservices.com within 12 hours from the actual time of delivery of your order.
• Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return.
• We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
• If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may, in our discretion, refuse to accept it or charge you a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original price.
PLEASE NOTE : Products purchased Below Rs. 500 cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note: Order once delivered will not be refunded but can be replaced. In case of any manufacturing defects, the same shall be replaced as indicated in the Brand’s Warranty Policy.
In special case wherein product is yet to be delivered following cancellation Rules will apply
• Within 12 hours from the time of order placement and before shipment of your order, cancellation charges stands as “NIL”
• If order is cancelled after 12 hours from the order placement but before the delivery of product it will attract the deduction of 10 % of the order value.
